...our trip East started kinda' chilly**
We blasted off around noon (10/9) and found ourselves in a series of snowstorms through the Rocky Mountains. This was our first welcome to the East- white stuff ;)After a day of driving, we reached Minniapolis where the Fleischers took us in (below). They are the parents of my flight instructor and great friend, Ryan. They welcomed us into their home for a warm meal and shower! Wow!...those two simple things never felt so great!
We made it home by Sunday the 11th after 42hrs of cruise control-cracker surfing^
